LAH Web Designs Pricing and Options

Your website will be unique to your needs. To give you an actual estimate for your site, we will need to discuss your goals for your personal or business website.

Since we specialize in very unique, small to medium size websites for indiviudals and small companies, most of our clients require about 5-6 pages: Home, Products, Services, About, Contact Us... or some variation. Every site is different and every client's needs are different. Here are some things to consider:

  • Will you be writing your own content for the site, or will I?
  • Do you have suitable photos of your business or prducts, or do you need professional photos taken?

Many things factor in to each site, but our average basic cost for an original design, with some graphics, begins at about $450. But if you are working on a budget, or you just want us to set up a blog/site using a WordPress template for you, we'll work with you.

Any animation, slide shows, photo galleries, etc. will increase the time and cost. Our site is an example of having many graphics and design hours.

Website Maintenance

LAH Web Designs is dedicated to the ongoing maintenance of your site and to our customer's long term satisfaction.

Fast Turnaround - We have very fast response and turnaround time for your maintenance requests.

Cost - The cost for maintenance is $45 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. This service is only available to LAH clients for sites created by us. No contracts are required. Tip: Try to save up small changes so I may do them all at once.

Payment Form and Schedule

Once we send you an estimate and you have approved it (with any modifications or changes you may have at that point), we will send you a contract to be signed and returned to us.

We require a deposit of half of the total estimate cost, to be delivered with the the signed contract. The remaining half (plus any charges for additional work as requested by you) is due upon completion of the project, at which time the entire site will be uploaded to your domain.

Payments are accepted through Paypal for our online customers.
